CRUDE OIL ACCELERATOR; millions of years ago, algae and plants lived in shallow seas. After dying and sinking to the seafloor, the organic material mixed with other sediments and was buried. This is now crude oil.
And why most oil-rich countries are coastal. All crude oil drilled today is from those old algae (not dinosaurs).
New algae fuels are CO2 NEUTRAL, because they TAKE-IN CO2 AS THEY grow. Fossil fuels are only “cheap”, because they do not include the cost of the environmental damage done to our world.
Over 50% of our new, proprietary research algal-biomass weight, is oil (link below). Batteries or hydrogen can never reach the same energy density. Only algae – rather than seeds, corn, sugar cane, wood or others can provide sufficient biomass at suitable cost, to replace fossil fuels on a large scale.
And because algae can grow anywhere with sunlight, with our tailored facilities, no arable land or clean water is needed – suitable for desert areas of Middle East, Asia & beyond.
Governments spend billions of dollars on costly ethanol fuels from corn, etc. Much of this spending is pork-barrel politics, funneling funds to farmers for votes. It’s a waste because it takes-away from food resources & ethanol production can never match the need for environmentally-friendly, alternative energy at scale. Algae-based fuels can.
Previously, over millions of years under high pressure and high temperature, the remains of these organisms transformed into what we know today as fossil fuels.
Today, we can accelerate the process (link below) using our advanced, XF-Bio algae technology & solar energy, yielding over 98,000 litres (26,000 gallons) per hectare, per year.
Algae love dirty water, and CO2-rich environments, such as sewage treatment plants, where we aim to co-locate the latest algae production solar-powered reactors. In particular, we take advantage of vertical farming & lower-cost production facilities, reducing the cost & land space required.
